Return & Refund Policy

At cloxzd Solutions Ltd., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us about missing refunds. Some refunds may be credited to your PayPal balance rather than returned to your original payment method.
